Maricopa Botanicals began with a simple love of plants and a desire to make them more approachable for everyone.
Founders Leah and Joe started selling plants and handmade concrete planters at local artist markets throughout Phoenix. What began as a weekend hobby quickly grew into a thriving business and community of plant lovers.
In 2024, Maricopa Botanicals opened its first storefront in Tempe. As the business expanded, so did the need for more space. In 2026, the shop relocated to Gilbert, Arizona, where visitors can explore a larger selection of plants, attend workshops, browse locally made goods, and discover handcrafted concrete planters made in house.
While our address has changed, our mission remains the same: helping people bring the beauty of nature indoors.
